Company-own requirements for Managed Training Services are highly individual. This primarily affects the required training contents. However, we also customise the desired consultation support, the internal communication tasks or the degree of supplier management to suit your needs.
For this purpose we have developed three different outsourcing models for the sustainable success of your training projects:
Master Service Provider
For many years our services have been in demand particularly because we can supply them as a Master Service Provider. In this model we unite all the services of a Master Vendor with our strategic expertise in corporate and personnel development. We see ourselves as your experienced partner who is able to look outside the box and recognise upcoming challenges. We offer you:
- Consultation on strategy and actual training needs
- Marketing of learning offers
- Support for specialist departments (Learning Project Consulting)
- Supervision and support for the HR business partner on all topics concerning learning /which involve personnel development
- Organisation of customer events (fireside talks, key notes, etc.)
Master Vendor
In our intermediate model we assume the role of a Master Vendor and offer you our know-how, our programme experience and our network. Our task in this role is to achieve the optimal set-up for your training projects with regard to contents, structure and economical aspects. In the process we will undertake all the organisational services of a Neutral Vendor as well as the additional services required for your particular portfolio:
- Definition and optimisation of the training programmes
- Management and consolidation of the supplier/trainer pool
- Media development for face-to-face and online formats
- Communication of the training offer via a booking portal provided by us as SaaS or directly in your LMS/LXP
Neutral Vendor
In our basic model we, as a Neutral Vendor, take care of all the questions concerning the training organisation. The primary goal is to relieve you and your colleagues by utilising our resources as well as our established tools and processes to manage the countless administrative tasks. For example, we assume responsibility for:
- Participant and event management
- Scheduling and frequency planning
- Logistics and mailing of training materials
- Room and infrastructure management
- Procurement of trainers and partners
- Success monitoring and reporting
- Invoicing
